Staff Development

Sealtite Windows Ltd. is fully committed to investing in the personal development of its employee’s via the Individual Development Plan. This is a four stage process, which is carried out over the course of a year. Employee’s meet with their Team Leader to:

1. Discuss and establish potential targets and objectives

2. Agree targets and objectives

3. Review targets and objectives

4. Appraise targets and objectives

Establishing and agreeing individual objectives encourages motivation and a sense of achievement and helps to provide Managers a measurable development guide for the business.

RETAIL SALESPERSON

We are currently looking for a Sales Person to visit people in their homes and advise them on our fanstastic range of products.
